The #haveaword events aimed to give people the opportunity to engage with decision makers on issues around gun, gang and knife crime. The event was hosted by Laura Walsh poet and creative practitioner, and the panel of decision makers included Martin Ball from the Valley Community Theatre and Sharon Williams from St Greg's Youth Centre. Toxteth TV's charitable arm - Splendid Things - coordinated the event and the project was funded by the Home Office CAGGK programme. The event was part of the Community Talks programme of work - www.communitytalks.co.uk
