Just years of not doing it I suppose. • Dear Robert, that is a great question and no you don't need to do anything different as a male. • Check out the class on EDGE. • http://www.melissawest.com/episode-50... • Back off until it doesn't hurt to stretch, you are looking for that space between too much and too little - just right like baby bear's porridge! ;) • You want to make sure something's happening, but not something that hurts. The stretch should feel interesting but not injurious.
