If you have off-road tires on your rigs, you can't always go by the manufacturer's recommended tire pressure - especially if you drive on the streets as well. Because the bigger tires have a completely different sidewall and a different load rating, the pressure will be different. There's a quick, easy way using sidewalk chalk, however, that you can set the correct pressure. • Apply a generous amount of chalk across the tread pattern of your tire. In a nice, empty space go for a drive making sure you go straight without turning the tires. You only need to go about 100 yards.
