Entrepreneurship is linked to job and wealth creation, innovation, and can have positive impacts on entrepreneurs, their families, and the communities in which they live. • While all entrepreneurs face barriers to success, some face more barriers than others. The entrepreneurial playing field isn’t level, which leaves untapped human potential on the sidelines. • Ecosystem building asks us to shift our thinking from just one or two individual support programs to look at the whole community of support and how it works together to ensure a more equitable and inclusive system for all entrepreneurs.
