2020 PJ Trailers SuperWide Tilt TS Loading Demo

Trailer winch install. Bottom 1/4 metal plate is screwed in. Painted holes to drill through. Gordon came to help weld in the plate. Made a structural support underneath the trailer. 6 tubing 1/4 thick. Solar panel is on top of the roof. The battery and winch are bolted to the plate. The lead will be welded onto the square channel tubing. • We got our logos on the trailer with reflective tape along the edges. Going inside you can see the tool boxes on each side. Wheel chalks fit inside the tool box. Smitty Bilt winch is inside. I cut out the bottom of the tool box to place over the winch and battery. Gussets help hold it down for more structural support. • Got the Jeep hooked up, put the it in neutral and pull the vehicle in the trailer. Spot the sides to make sure it goes in straight. Strap it down once it's inside. Then you can release it back out. May need a push forward if it gets stuck on the rib. Pretty slick. Put your mind to it and you can get it done. • Light switch is hooked up with the conduit from the battery running off the solar panel. We got this 36 x 12 solar panel from Harbor Freight.
