Hi friends, • In this video I talk about the morphology of pollen grains. The pollen wall stratification (exine and intine). The pollen wall is known as sporoderm which is divided into two layers. The inner one is called intine and the outer layer is called exine. The exine is further divided into Nexine (inner) and sexine(outer). Nexine has two layer Nexine1 and Nexine2.
