Cut the chives into fine rings. Clean and chop the mushrooms. • Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat and let it melt • Put the garlic in the heated butter and fry in it for 1 minute. Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes. Salt so that the onion loses its water and fry for another minute. Then add the mushrooms and fry them until they are brown, stirring occasionally. When the mushrooms are nicely browned, add the cream.
