His answer: “We had the same idea at the same time. But my idea was to reverse the use of the camera. So normally, the camera doesn’t move, but the subject moves. I reversed that, and had the camera move and the subject stay still. So we lined up a bunch of cameras and had them shoot at the same time, and then I used a morphing technique to transition between two or three camera transitions.” #bullettime #michelgondry #movies
