How To Fillet Panfish

Every fisherman has their own best way to clean and fillet panfish, like crappie and bluegill. In this video I'll show you how I filet my catch quickly, cleanly, and safely thanks to my cleaning technique and fish cleaning station. • Obviously, the first thing you need is some tasty panfish (again, like crappie and bluegill). The next key is a good sharp knives. I happen to have a couple of favorite filet knives which I'll show you in the video. • Finally, it super important to have a safe, stable, and comfortable fish cleaning station.
