This is a modern square dance singing call version of the song Frosty the Snowman . Frosty was written by Walter Jack Rollins and Steve Nelson, and first recorded by Gene Autry and the Cass County Boys in 1950. It was later recorded by Jimmy Durante in that same year. In 1969, Rankin/Bass Productions produced Frosty as a television special which has become a classic. Mary Moody is a caller in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
