In a bowl, mi together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. • 2. In a jug or separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted butter. Pour into the flour mixture along with scallions, cheese and bacon. Stir with spatula until combined. • 3. Preheat a nonstick waffle maker. Cook waffles base on your waffle maker. Server right away with maple syrup.
