Yes, you can share our videos on your social media networks. • When you are engaged in law and motion practice, such as filing or defending a demurrer in state court, or a motion to dismiss in federal court, before the date for your hearing, the judge will normally issue a tentative ruling (check with your court clerk to see if the judges issue these or not).
