Since I started to play the organ, church has been my main place of work. It has given me an insight into a for me unknown religious world. And it has given me a lot of time to think about how we can use the old stories in our lives today. For even if we do not share the language or symbols with a particular religion, I think all people can find a deep feeling of richness and connectedness when we celebrate life's events, the seasons and holidays. • So from the old stories about Easter, I cherish the symbolism of the circle. The eternal process of letting go of what no longer serves us and open up to the new. To go from death to life. From crisis to new understanding. From darkness to light. But also to allow ourselves to stay in the dark, you might even be able to rest there, until we are ready to proceed. • Maybe there is something you can let go of during Easter?
