So I finally got my AS7312 worked on to make the intonation perfect. The guitar is decent for a 500.00 guitar, but I found the nut to be too high, causing the G strings to go sharp when I pressed down on the 2nd fret. So I added a new nut and a new bridge with 12 saddles, rather than 6 saddles with 2 strings per saddle. The guitar plays like magic now! Thanks so much to Steve Helgeson from Moonstone Guitars for doing the masterful work getting the guitar intonated. http://www.moonstoneguitars.com/ • Here's what I purchased to improve my AS7312. • 12 Saddle Bridge (you must cut the slots yourself): ABM 2412-C 12-String Tunematic Bridge : https://abm-guitarpartsshop.com/ABM-G... • Adapter Studs: BP-0392-010 Chrome Adapter Studs- or M8 Anchors : https://www.allparts.com/en-ca/produc... • Earvana Acoustic Retro Style Nut (you must cut the slots yourself): 39.95 http://www.earvana.com/Acoustic_Retro... • Ibanez forum on the AS7312: http://forum.ibanez.com/yaf_postsm509... • • Ibanez AS7312 $500.00 (400.00 after 20% discount) • • Earvana Conpensated Nut $39.95 • • 12 Saddle Bridge $102.99 • • Adapter Posts $10.00 • • Labor $200.00 • TOTAL: $752.94
