Chili Crunch is my new favorite condiment, so here is a my recipe for Chili Crunch baby back party ribs. • Cut your @swift_meats loin back (also known as baby back ribs) into individual ribs and place in a zip type bag, add the juice and pulp of an orange. • For the marinade: • 1/3 C rice vinegar • 1/3 C soy sauce • 1/3 C hot or regular honey • 2 heaping TBL of your favorite Chili Crunch/Chili Crisp. Sauce, mix well. Pour over ribs, zip the bag closed and massage to coat the ribs well. Place in the refrigerator 6-12 hours. Make a second batch of marinade to use as sauce and refrigerate until you grill the ribs. • Remove the ribs from marinade and dispose of the marinade. Direct grill, turning every few minutes until a nice char forms. Heat the 2nd batch of sauce to toss the ribs in. • each recipe is per one rack of pork ribs • @swiftmeats63
