Hello everyone, welcome to my channel! Today we are taking a look at the Gotcha! Pork Roast from the Japanese Anime Shokugeki no Soma. Enjoy! • 哈喽大家好我是松灵！今天我们来试做动漫《食戟之灵》第一集里面的仿制脆皮烤肉！ • List of ingredients (yields 3-4 servings) • • 2 russet potato • • 1 Eringi mushroom (king oyster mushroom) • • 1/2 medium white onion • • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary • • 10 strips of bacon (as many strips as necessary to cover the mashed potato) • • 1 tbsp (15ml) or more of unsalted butter • • ½ cup (125ml) of red wine • • 1/8 cup (30ml) of mirin • • 2/3 tbsp - 1 tbsp of Soy sauce • • Watercress for the final garnish • Notes: • 1. I mashed my potatoes really fine (because I prefer smooth and creamy texture over chunky), it was delicious with one downside – the mashed potatoes “leaked” out of the bacon shell during baking. If you want yours to look perfect, make your mashed potatoes chunkier, or just wrap it with more bacon :p • 2.
