My dear followers, I have prepared a super delicious flavor for you☺️ I would like to remind you that this recipe is very special, it is a very rare flavor that has survived from Ottoman cuisine; 'HÜNKAR BEĞENDİ'. • Your family's chef is back to the kitchen.. • Subscribe to my channel for free; • https://bit.ly/CHEFOKTAYUSTA • Follow Oktay Usta on his social media accounts; • Twitter: / chefoktayusta • Facebook: / chefoktayusta • Instagram: / chefoktayusta • Hünkarbeğendi • Ingredients List: • 750 kg lamb cubed meat • One onion • Two cloves of garlic • Three green peppers • One red pepper • Two tomatoes • One coffee spoon of chili paste • A coffee spoon of tomato paste • Three tablespoons of olive oil • A coffee spoon of salt • Two bay leaves • A teaspoon of black pepper • 2.5 cups of hot water • For the foundation: • Three large roasted eggplants • Three heaped tablespoons of flour • Two tablespoons of butter • Four and a half cups of milk • 100 g cheddar cheese • A coffee spoon of salt • A teaspoon of black pepper • Preparation: • We put lamb meat and olive oil in the pot and start cooking, we add garlic to the onion close to it's boiling down, then we add the tomato, pepper paste and water and leave it to cook. When it gets half-cooked, first we add the peppers, the salt, bay leaf, black pepper, then add the tomatoes and cook until they become like super soft. We take the flour and butter inside a pot and fry it well, we chop the roasted eggplants and put them in the pot, add cold milk, and when it gets consistent we add salt, pepper, grated cheddar cheese and boil it. Then it's ready to serve! We serve it as I shared in the video. It was very delicious! Good luck!
