The Middle Eastern Falafel Hummus Wrap Recipe makes a quick and amazing Friday dinner. This hummus falafel wrap can be made quick when you have the ingredients handy. Falafel is a Middle Eastern specialty delectably consisting of crispy patties made from ground chickpeas, spices, herbs and the perfect main ingredient in a scrumptious wrap. My falafel wrap recipe is prepared so the freshly fired falafel, a spicy hummus spread, plus lots of fresh cucumber and tomato all drizzled with any fav sauce of your choice! This is one of my absolute favorite ways to eat falafels and hopefully you enjoy it as much as I do! • Ingredients for the wrap: • Yeast 1 1/2 tsp • Sugar 2 tsp • Warm Water 1/2 cup • Flour 3 cups • Salt 1 tsp • Warm milk 3/4 cup • Oil 4 tbsp • Chick peas 3 cups • Ingredients for the falafel: • Soaked chickpeas 2 cups • Onion 1 • Green chilli 3 • Garlic 2 • Handful of coriander leaves • Handful of mint leaves • Salt 1 tsp • Pepper powder 1 tsp • Cumin powder 1 tsp • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp • Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp • Half a lemon juice • Oil for deep fry • Ingredients for the hummus: • Boiled chickpeas 1 1/2 cups • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp • Gallic 2 • Ice cubes 2 • Chickpea boiled water few tbsp • Salt 1/2 tsp • Lemon juice 1 tbsp • Oilve oil 2-3 tbsp • Ingredients for the salad: • Salad leaves • Onion • Cucumber • Salt • Pepper • Lemon juice • Olive oil • Any sauce of your choice • Please subscribe, like and share this video with Family and friends.
