You can even prepare this in advance to make your mornings super simple. • For more Whole30 paleo-approved ghees, shop our vast selection at http://www.pureindianfoods.com/whole3.... • INGREDIENTS: • 1½ Tbsp Indian Dessert Ghee • 1 Delicata squash, sliced in half lengthwise, seeds removed • 3 eggs • Sea salt to taste • Ground black pepper to taste • Hemp seeds to taste • INSTRUCTIONS: • 1) Preheat oven to 375F. • 2) After slicing squash in half and removing seeds, spread 1 Tbsp ghee on insides of squash and place face-down on baking sheet. Place in oven and check after 30 minutes. The skin should be soft to the touch when done. • 3) Melt ½ Tbsp ghee in frying pan, then add in eggs and scramble. • 4) Carefully remove squash from oven, plate and season with salt and pepper. • 5) Season eggs with salt and pepper. Serve with squash. • 6) Top with hemp seeds and enjoy! • Prep Time: 2 minutes • Cook Time: 40 minutes • Serves: 1-2
