A TRANQUIL day at the beach, setting up my plein air equipment and walking you through my watercolour sketch of the headland rocks, beach and distant islands. All done with a harmonious palette of turquoise greens, greys and umbers. I explain how I create the composition and I also draw directly with the brush, no pencil sketch needed.
