Today Inductive Bible study is done on many different levels, and draws millions of conclusions. • Many men and women teach today just using these steps. Some just use one, for example; observing the verse, just using the generally and simple understanding of what the verse is saying. This is used by one looking for words or phrases that are unfamiliar to them, in which case they will check many different other Bible translations. Some use the first and second step—interpretation (what does it mean?)—they use an examination method with the first step. Finding false meaning of the verse is saying to them, in its context presented. Some use all three steps, which is inductive Bible study. Application of the principles (what does it mean to me?). • This method draws conclusions based on private interpretations and other resources they used to draw their understanding. Never using precept themselves for understanding. • While this method strongly uses other resources to following steps to arrive to an self will goal; their private observation, interpretation, and application.
