Who doesn't love some loaded breakfast totchos?! Jess_Ferrin shows you how simple and delicious this dish can be, without even telling the difference in meat products! 🔥 • Vegan Breakfast Totchos • Servings: 2 • Prep Time: 5 minutes • Cook Time: 20 • Ingredients • • Impossible™ Savory Sausage • • 1 bag tater tots • • 4 tbsp Vegan butter (I used Miyoko’s Creamery) • • Vegan cheddar cheese (I used daiya) • • 1 cup oat milk • • 1 bottle Just Egg plant based egg • • 2 tbsp flour • • Blackstone essential blend seasoning • • Green onions, chopped • Directions • 1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium high heat. Place cast iron pan on one side. • 2. Cook tater tots in air fryer according to package directions. • 3. Sauté Impossible™ sausage until brown. Add 2 tbsp butter to the cast iron pan. Once melted, add 2 tbsp flour and essential blend seasoning. Whisk until well combined. Slowly add oat milk, and whisk thoroughly until thick. Add cooked sausage, stir to combine. Turn griddle to low. • 4. On opposite side, turn griddle off. Melt 2 tbsp butter and slowly pour entire bottle of Just egg. Season with essential blend seasoning. Scramble eggs until desired texture. • 5. Place all ingredients on heat-safe platter (I used the Blackstone cast iron platter) in the following order: tater tots, sausage gravy, eggs, cheese. Place platter on griddle, squirt water around the platter and cover with the large basting dome to allow cheese to melt. • 6.
