It's time for some full body tabata work! Let's close out BREAKTHROUGH with an all out high intensity workout and congratulate yourself on starting this year right! • In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds per exercise and we will complete 4 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are strength and improving your conditioning so make sure you’re grabbing weights in the 75%-85% of your max weights range and push yourself to increase the intensity when you are performing a cardio exercise.
