ON Cloudflyer Shoe Review | ON Running Shoes Cloudflyer | ON Cloudflyer Waterproof • Order your ON Cloudflyers here: • https://classic.avantlink.com/click.p... • I wouldn't consider myself an authority on running, and it wasn't until 2011 that I really decided I could figure out how to become a better runner. • It was the fall of 2011. I had just finished backpacking the Appalachian Trail. 2,200 miles of rugged trail from Maine to Georgia. The daily average was around 25 miles. Rest days once a week where we covered more like 10-15 miles, knocked off early in the day, and then got off our feet to relax and enjoy town amenities or a scenic shelter. And our longest day was around 55 miles with help from friends to manage our bags while we just cranked the mileage and only stopped to fuel for water and food. Completing something like this is a mindset shifter. It proves to you that you are capable of doing hard things. I realized that previously my abilities were very much self-governed, and it was time to push beyond that boundary. I recognized this by the end. • I begin physical therapy school right after the completion of the hike. I am hitting the gym pretty regularly to keep my sanity and this thought comes to me one day... • If I can walk a marathon (26 miles) every day for 4 months, then I can probably do cardio of any choice for an hour . • A concept was born. So I tried. The stair climber. Easy. Treadmill and long runs outside. Tougher. Spin bike and mountain biking. Pure Joy. Rowing Machine. It numbs butt, but possible. • From there I figured I could do things if I tried. They may suck. I may suffer. But I accomplished something previously thought was not possible. And that feels good. So I kept at it. And now I am doing shoe reviews-WILD. • I just realized the weight management benefits were far too great for me to not run. My body, joints, and conditioning feel far better when I am running. I believe throughout most of the lifespan someone should be able to run 1-3 miles for survival purposes alone. So, the moral of the story, running made me a better athlete. A better mountain biker. A better human and more capable athlete. Now I set goals in the mountains, run with friends, see amazing things, meet people on trails, and find myself exploring new towns on foot to learn my way around. • The time you tried your own pair of Cloudflyers?
