Like, share, and comment ๐ • Ingredients: • 3 large Potatoes, boiled and mashed • 1 tbsp Ghee • 1 Bay leaf • 1 tsp Jeera • 1 tsp Saunf • 2 tsp Besan • 4-5 black peppercorns (Optional) • 1 inch piece ginger grated • 2-3 Green chillies slit • 2-3 red chillies (optional) • Puree of 2 Tomatoes • Salt to taste • 1 tsp Jeera powder • 1 tsp Dhania powder • 1 tsp red chilli pdr • 1/2 tsp Haldi • 1/4 tsp Hing • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi • Fresh Dhania for garnish • Water for cooking • Method • 1. Heat ghee, chillies, jeera, saunf, hing, ginger and saute, add tomato puree and mix well and cook till the tomatoes and cooked • 2. Add besan and roast this well, season with salt, jeera pdr, dhania pdr, chilli pdr, haldi, add water cook this well • 3. Add bay leaf, peppercorns, and mashed boiled potatoes, mix, this well, then add garam masala and add water to adjust the consistency and simmer • 4.
