Rucking has captivated me for a number of reasons, but my favorite is reconnecting with nature. 🌲🦅🌱 • If you’ve never heard of rucking, rucking is simply walking with weight—usually a weighted backpack. • Rucking has a host of physical benefits, such as improved body composition, increased bone density, better cardiovascular function, and posture improvements, but my favorite part of rucking is the emotional benefit. • While I started rucking for physical reasons, I’ll keep coming back for the mental perks—a sense of satisfaction and re-centering that I haven’t experienced with other exercises. • What questions do you have about rucking?
