Chamorro Recipes CHICKEN Kado Soup Guam Food

This Guam CHamoru chicken soup or kaddon mannok recipe, is excellent on a cold, rainy day...or any day on Guam. If you want to make it a little more rich, add coconut milk. You may also substitute with whatever veggies you have in your fridge. Leafy greens go extremely well with this soup.
