Create a Circle Mosaic Effect in Photoshop • Learn how to make an editable circle mosaic effect in Photoshop. You will see how to create a simple pattern to use to overlay the image and how to convert the image into boxes of color to appear behind the pattern. The pattern size is designed so you can easily scale it to be bigger or smaller as desired without having to do any complicated math. • This process can be applied to any image but one that is close up with lots of color and not a lot of detail will work particularly well for this effect. • You will see how to make two patterns - one white and one black to use for this technique.
