New carburetor on an old Predator engine

Reviewing a Hipa brand carburetor on this old Predator type 420cc single cylinder 16HP engine. The engine is an original Mudskipper motor for surface drive which will end up going back on a long tail jon boat if we can get it running. The engine has not run in many years and needed a new starter and fan.
