DUTCH OVENPerfect Venison Pot Roast

Time to make the Perfect Venison Pot Roast. You can do this as we are in a crock pot or keep everything in a Dutch oven. For perfectly tender meat that melts in your mouth try this recipe with your favorite game or beef. • Feeds 4-6 • Instructions • 2-3 lbs of venison roast • Coat with Montreal Steak Seasoning • Heat 1 TBSP Olive Oil in Dutch Oven • Add roast and sear on both sides • Remove meat from Dutch Oven and place in crock pot • Chop the following veggies • 1 Large Onion • 4 Carrots • 4-6 Potatoes • 2 Cups White Mushrooms • 4 Stalks Celery • Add to the Dutch Oven with olive oil if needed and brown. • Once Browned add this to the crock pot • Add 1 cup of water to Dutch Oven • 1 Beef Broth Cube • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce • 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar • 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar • Stir until sugar is dissolved. • Pour over meat and veggies • Sprinkle with Parsley and Rosemary • Cover and cook on Medium for 3-4 hours until meat is tender. • Serve and Enjoy! • If you have any questions let us know! • #wildcreekkitchen #wildcreekoutdoors #venison
