The Character of Ursula is only the movie briefly BUT she makes a huge impression. Often overlooked, I think her character is actually quite vital, as she conveys love and empathy (sometimes without even having to speak). This is no doubt due to the talents of the actress playing Ursula. • She is played by actress Mageina Tovah. Before writing and editing this video, I stumbled upon a short film that she had directed, produced, edited, and starred in called Hux.
