Unexpected Bushwhack and Hike while out Hunting

I head out on Vancouver Island for the first day of Grouse Hunting. On my travels, I find myself bushwhacking with my Jeep and can barely see the road. Sometimes, I have to forge ahead based on my memory of where the road should be. • My recently fixed Jeep had an Emergency Brake that was not working and would not hold on the inclines so I could not get out to cut away the brush to see better. • I then lose a piece of my antenna and need to go back and try to find it.
