This evening I heard some weird noises outside, so I went outside to see what was up. Some of the kids in the neighborhood had converted an old grocery cart into what they call the Rocket Buggy and were being pulled around by their car. I grabbed my handy dandy Kodak Zi8 and went outside to document.
