Thinking about becoming a Social Worker? Social workers engage people and structures to change, improve and enhance wellbeing. It can be at an individual, family, community or work environmental level. At its essence, social work is about changing people’s lives for the better. • Kgomotso Ntlatleng, a Social Work Practitioner, shared her personal and professional experiences in the field.
