Mind, like the tummy, can be described as a digestive system. Digesting all the media input and conversations – labelling, deciding if you like it or not. That’s the mind functioning perfectly well. There’s not much use in trying to change or control it - for it's much easier to go beyond. The mind is just a level of consciousness, like clouds that obscure the open sky. It's best not to struggle with mind.
