Grady limping on his front right paw • 11.18.11 • Went to vet next day - sprained wrist, meds and crate rest for 30 days. showed response after week and a half. • • UPDATE: February 13 2012, after no relief, we took Grady to an oncologist in January. Come to find out, this had nothing to do with torn muscle, sprained wrist, etc. It's a tumor, sitting behind Grady's shoulder - a histiocytic sarcoma tumor. Prognosis is poor. We never imagined this to be the cause of his limping and pain and are devastated. However, he is currently undergoing radiation to shrink the tumor and is enjoying his life - running in the backyard, going back to his obedience classes and chasins squirrels and bunnies and anything else that comes in his path. • • A blog has been started by his sister - Rubi, our older boxer.
