I Made Custom Chocolate Bars At A Chocolate Factory

HELLO FRIENDS!! I’ve always dreamed of having an opportunity to enter my Willy Wonka era, and now it’s finally here. I was ~somehow~ entrusted to take over the Escazu Chocolate factory in Raleigh, NC for a day, and you can definitely say I made the most of it. We followed the entire chocolate-making process - from bean to bar - and made two different custom chocolate creations together - a beautiful ombre bar a marbled galaxy chocolate confection! What do you guys think of our final products?
