Kotone Shiomi (FEMC) not being in Reload was definitely a bummer, especially since the rest of the DLC expansion pass was pretty bad. Of course, it would be a bit problematic to charge money for the choice of a female protagonist (talk about a pink tax ). I saw a lot of reasons floating in the winds of the internet and thought I'd collect and rate them, though with much bias, given that I am a big fan of her inclusion in the original Persona 3 Portable.
