(0:00) • Hawaiian Kebabs (0:34) • Pineapple Fried Rice (4:47) • Watermelon Popsicles (8:43) • Piña Colada Cupcakes (11:06) • Recipes • Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs • (For Skewers) • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts • Wooden Skewers • 4 Bell Peppers, cubed • 1 Red Onion, cubed • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, diced • (For Marinade) • -1/2 cup Soy Sauce • -2/3 cup of your Favorite BBq Sauce (I love Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Style) • -2 cloves Garlic, minced • 1/2 tsp Ginger • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil • Pineapple Fried Rice • 1 cup fresh, chopped Pineapple (outside used for bowl, inside reserve for Rice) • 3 cups Cold Cooked Jasmine Rice (should be chilled for at least an hour- 1 day) • 1 small shallot, diced • 2 cloves Garlic, minced • -1/4 cup Peas and Carrots • -1/4 cup Water Chestnuts • -1/4 cup Baby Corn • -2 eggs beaten with 1 tbsp oil for Scrambled Egg • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce • -1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce (this is a delicious, thicker sauce used for Mooshu Pork!) • Watermelon Pops • First Layer • Popsicle Mold (I provided one I recommend above (: it will help you achieve the layers) • 15 oz watermelon • 6 tbsp sugar • 9 Semisweet chips for each Popsicle • Second Layer • -1/2 cup Coconut Milk • -1 1/2 tbsp Sugar • Jello Layer • 1 1/2 oz Lime Jello (equal to 1/2 package) • 1/2 cup boiling water • -1/4 cup cold water + Ice Cubes to make 1/2 cup liquid • Piña Colada Cupcakes • -1 stick room temperature Salted Butter • -2 tbsp Vegetable Oil • -2 Eggs • -3/4 cup Sugar • -1 tsp vanilla • -1/2 tsp rum emulsion • -1/2 tsp coconut emulsion • Wet Ingredients • -1/4 cup Coconut Milk • -1/4 cup Sour Cream • -1/2 cup canned crushed Pineapple • Dry Ingredients • 1 2/2 cup Cake Flour, sifted • -1/2 tbsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp Salt • Coconut Whipped Cream Frosting • Recipe Courtesy of Chelsweets + additional of Coconut Extract : https://chelsweets.com/whipped-cream-... • Decorating • Pipe Cupcake Swirl with Whipped Cream Frosting and 1A Decorating Tip • Coconut Flakes • Maraschino Cherries, dried, • Mini Umbrella Toothpicks • Pineapple Wedges *optional (:
