Destroyed by fire in the Middle Ages, it was known as the Crémade Villeneuve until 1631, when it took its current name. A chateau was once home to the family members of the local feudal lord. It was destroyed in 1925 and now lays in ruins, although one of its towers has recently been renovated. • You will also find a Romanesque church from the eleventh century, whose apse and bell tower house two bells named Bernadette and Roseline which are listed historical monuments.
