I humbly submit hundreds of hours of research into what I believe is the most clear and overall explanation in terms of some very integral themes. Themes which are repeated throughout the entire show from beginning to end. I think the result speaks for itself. • I think Twin Perfect did a superb job in his video, but he attempted to understand and explain the show primarily from the perspective of the intellect. Which was his fatal error ultimately, as was mine. I learned from Twin Perfect's mistakes as much as from my own. • David Lynch himself is an artist and an intuitive. He is not an left-brained intellectual, but more of a feeler. Which means that Twin Peaks is not speaking to us in the language of the intellect, but that of the deep gulf of emotion and intuition. It took me a good while to realize this. • In my first attempt to understand and explain the show (Twin Peaks: Secrets Symbolism): • I failed to provide anything much beyond the level of the intellect and perhaps a few subtle probes into the mystical. I wasn't completely satisfied with that first effort, and felt that I was missing 90% of what I set out to do originally. I had to sit with that failure for a good while before my intuition led me where I needed to go thankfully.
