No one would blame you if you thought that punditry was Gary Lineker's one true calling. • Despite his clear and obvious talent in front of the camera, there was once a time where Linker was regarded as the best striker in the world. • And whether you like him as a media personality or not, there is no denying how significant of an impact he had on British football. • He is, to this day, the only player to have won the golden boot with three different clubs in England. And, he never received a yellow or red card throughout his entire career. • In addition to this, he was one of the first British players to truly succeed abroad.
