In the first phase a vacuum pressure down to 0,15 mbar is applied in order to eliminate air inclusions and moisture in the insulation material. In the next process phase a special epoxy resin is introduced into the container followed by an overpressure-phase, which reaches a pressure up to 6 bar. • The final VPI process ends with cleaning and the oven treatment in which the material is cured in a temperature controlled environment.
