Fly Like an Eagle • Jump with the parachute off the top of Castel Sant'Angelo. • 2. Special Delivery (Part of the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC) • Double Assassinate from a parachute. • For the first achievement, you need to climb to the top of Castel Sant'Angelo. The earliest time you can do it is at the beginning of sequence 8.
