Enter into the world of Kabuto Edomae, a small and intimate dining experience. Kabuto Edomae is a small restaurant located near the Las Vegas Strip. • We got the Kabuto Course which changes monthly. The Kabuto Course consists of an assorted appetizer, a warm dish, sashimi, seasonal grill, a premium nigiri selection, a handroll, soup, and a dessert trio. The Kabuto Course is $175 per person. We enjoyed a sake pairing for $68. • I was fortunate enough to enjoy this wonderful dinner for my birthday. The ingredients were so fresh and the service was exceptional. I could not even finish my handroll!
