Show your support by subscribing and remember LOVE is always the best ingredient! • • Let’s stay connected: • Instagram: •   / clarkstar.culinary   • Facebook: •   / clarkstarculinary   • • BBQ PORK HOCKS • INGREDIENTS: • Pork Hocks • Salt • Pepper • Coriander • Cumin • Garlic Powder • Canola Oil • BBQ Sauce • (Sesame Seeds and Green Onion) • INSTRUCTIONS: • -Preheat oven to 400 • -Sprinkle seasonings and canola oil on pork. • -Rub seasonings into meat on both sides • -In hot pan pour in Canola oil • -Put meat in pan, cook on both sides to sear (should be about 5 minutes per sides • -Lift each hock up to make sure they are not stuck to the pan • Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan • -pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over hocks • -Cover meat with aluminum foil • -Set meat in oven for 30 minutes • -Flip meat over replace aluminum foil and cook for another 30 minutes • -Pour on generous amount of BBQ sauce, leave aluminum foil on and cook for 15 minutes • -Remove from oven, garnish with sesame seed and green onion and serve! • • • • FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES: • [email protected]
