I had been a renter for 6 years. And I got into real estate investing about 4 years ago. And Since then I have accumulated a little over 2.5 million dollar worth of residential real estate here in Toronto. • I dug up more up-to-date news on April 12. 85% of Canadian tenants actually paid April rent. That means 15% of tenants did not pay rents.
