How to Enter the Zone

Did you know that being in the zone doesn't only apply to sports and the arts? Once you know how flow is achieved, you can use it for anything to make everyday life more enjoyable. You can enter flow for mundane tasks or even when working in a team environment. • I really encourage you to read Csikszentmihalyi's works. (He's written many!)
