You can prepare the chicken ahead of time or use leftovers from previous dishes. For the rest of the ingredients, make sure they are fresh for the best result. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375F). • In the cooking pan, heat the oil and add the minced garlic. Cook the garlic until golden brown, and then add the shredded chicken, ranch buffalo sauce, and cream cheese. Use medium heat to prevent uneven flavor and burning of the ingredients. • After adding the base, sauce, and cream cheese, mix until thoroughly combined and creamy. Add the shredded cheddar cheese or even a bit of blue cheese. • Once the cheese is in, remix them all until the cheese is evenly spread onto the chicken dip and it is ready to bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. I suggest broiling it for a few extra minutes to brown the top. Once baked, remove the dip from the oven and garnish it with chopped parsley or green onions. • NOTES • Rotisserie chicken – If you are short on time or have no time to cook it, you can get a rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store and shred it for the recipe. You can also use canned chicken if you have no choice, but I do not like that. • Buffalo ranch sauce – Making one at home is more convenient than buying outside because the ingredients might not suit your taste. • Garnish – Adding a garnish like chopped parsley or green onions is optional, but serving it with the greens on top makes it look more appealing and adds a great aroma. • NUTRITION • Serving: 1Portion • Calories: 134kcal • Carbohydrates: 3g • Protein: 10g • Fat: 10g • Saturated Fat: 4g • Polyunsaturated Fat: 1g • Monounsaturated Fat: 3g • Trans Fat: 0.01g • Cholesterol: 39mg • Sodium: 498mg • Potassium: 170mg • Fiber: 0.04g • Sugar: 1g • Vitamin A: 225IU • Vitamin C: 1mg • Calcium: 84mg • Iron: 0.2mg • • bestcleaneating.com • FACEBOOK:   / bestcleaneating   • PINTEREST:   / bestcleaneating   • FLIPBOARD: https://flipboard.com/@Bestcleaneating • INSTAGRAM:   / bestcleaneating   • YOUTUBE:    / @bestcleaneating   • TIKTOK:   / bestcleaneating   • TWITTER:   / bestcleaneating
