I was reading Crying in H Mart before bed and just woke up the next morning craving crispy fried Korean fried chicken! So here is my recipe to get it crispy and delicious every time! • Ingredients: • Sauce: 1 TBSP Gochujang • 1 TBSP each of SOY (both dark and light), Honey, Siracha, Chilli oil, Rice wine vinegar, Mirin, 75ml water, 50g brown sugar, minced garlic and minced ginger.
